After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be kept on file for more than 60 days.

Resort Terms and Conditions:
This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents nor injury to guests or for loss of money or valuables of any kind.
By submitting your credit and/or debit card through our website or in persoon, you authorize Shadow Hills RV Resort to charge your credit and/or debit card for any unpaid charges including rent, property damage, electric usage and any other incidentals. No refunds will be issued for early check out.
Cancellations made 3 or more days prior to the reservation date are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee, if less than 3 days prior to the reservation date, there are no refunds.
Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the reservation date are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee, if less than 7 days prior to the reservation date, there are no refunds.
Cancellations made 45 or more days prior to the reservation date are subject to a $100.00 cancellation fee, if less than 45 days prior to the reservation date, there are no refunds.
