Cable TV:

Our cable system is designed to provide our guests access to customized "cable" channels and local "broadcast" programming.

Car Rental:

It is our pleasure to assist you in making arrangements for on site pick up and delivery of a rental car. Simply contact the front desk for information. Hertz: (760)568-6200

Clubhouse Rental:

Available for groups, parties, weddings, family reunions or most any other occasion. To reserve the clubhouse, please contact the front desk.

Coffee:

We offer complimentary fresh brewed coffee and specialty creamer at the clubhouse patio.

Concierge:

Our front desk personnel is at your service to assist with future reservations, answer questions relating to on site amenities and local attractions, provide tourist information, dining recommendations and referrals to other RV resorts along your route. Please don’t hesitate to visit the front desk or call with questions.

Copy and Fax Service:

Copying and incoming and outgoing fax services are available at the front desk. A nominal fee may be charged.

Dog Park:

We love our four legged friends here at Shadow Hills RV Resort. For their enjoyment an enclosed pet area is provided adjacent to the pond. "Pet" Stations are located inside the Dog Park and at various locations throughout the resort.

Fitness Center:

Our well equipped Fitness Center is located adjacent to the clubhouse patio

Games:

We have a wide selection of board games, playing cards, and puzzles available for guest use.

Gate Remote Controls:

We are a gated community with keypad access for our guests. For guest convenience, we offer gate remotes for purchase or rental at the front desk.

Ice:

Ice is available for purchase in the office.

Internet Access:

High speed wireless internet access is available in the resort. Work from your RV or sit by the pool, either way, you’re connected! We also offer internet access through the computers in the library.

Laundry:

The resort has two coin operated laundry facilities. Laundry supplies and coins are available at the front desk.

Library:

For your enjoyment, we have a variety of books located in the library adjacent to the front office. Books may be checked out during your stay. There is also a "give a book, take a book" exchange available.

Mail:

Guests may drop off outgoing mail at the front desk. We accept your incoming mail during your stay and will do a limited forwarding service after your departure if you would kindly provide us with labels. A mail flag is posted when the daily mail has arrived. We are also happy to accept UPS or FedEx packages on your behalf.

Messages:

Office will take emergency phone messages for guests and will notify you as soon as possible. It is the policy of Shadow Hills RV Resort to not give guest information to third parties.

Movies:

We offer a great selection of complimentary DVD’s for your enjoyment. Check out and check in at the Front Desk.

Newspaper:

Located on the clubhouse patio are newsstands with our daily newspapers. Delivery to your site can be arranged by contacting The Desert Sun at (800) 834-6052.

Pool & Spa:

Enjoy our healthy, environmentally friendly Saline Water Pool and Spa. For your convenience during your stay, pool towels are available at the front desk.

Propane Services:

Metered propane filling for motor homes and portable tanks is available. Inquire at the front desk for costs and availability.

Recreational Facilities:

Behind the main clubhouse is our indoor recreation facility. Enjoy pool, darts, shuffleboard and other games. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Restrooms/Showers:

We have three facilities located throughout the resort with restrooms and showers. For our guests’ convenience, all of our facilities are stocked with complimentary amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and other toiletries.

Supplies:

A selection of basic RV supplies is available at the front desk.

TV Lounge:

Please feel free to enjoy use of our Large Screen TV and DVD player located in a climate controlled room, just off the clubhouse patio.

Vending Machine:

At the clubhouse patio you will find a vending machine stocked with ice cold beverages.
